Refuse Division
The Refuse & Recycling Division is responsible for overseeing the hauling of solid waste in the City as well as managing the many recycling programs that the City has to offer. Currently the City is under contract with Waste Management of Orange County to provide Solid Waste Hauling Services for the City. La Habra Submits Annual Report for Recycling
On August 3rd, the City of
La Habra 28th in Nation for "Smarter Cities"
La Habra was ranked 28th overall in the country for sustainability and livability among cities with populations between 50,000 and 99,000. The National Resources Defense Council (NRDC) collected and compiled data on 669 cities in the United States and also determined that La Habra was 2nd overall among smaller cities in the greater Los Angeles area.
