La Habra – Over the past ten years the City of La Habra has been a participating member in Orange County’s Service Authority for Abandoned Vehicles (SAAV). The (SAAV) program was created in an effort to help keep roads clear of unsightly vehicles that can often create hazardous conditions for pedestrians and motorists, and most often create blight to local communities.
