Public Works

The Department of Public Works is responsible for developing and maintaining the City’s infrastructure, which encompasses many areas.  The Department has six Divisions which include Administration, Fleet Maintenance, Parks and Trees, Refuse, Street Maintenance, and Water/Sewer.  The Director of Public Works oversees these Divisions and the Department's 45 employees.  The mission of the Public Works Department is to ensure that city facilities, equipment and public areas are properly maintained and to provide outstanding customer service for the citizens and visitors of La Habra.

Regular Business Hours:
Monday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
