Your Vote Really Counts!
The La Habra City Clerk's Office urges you to exercise your right to vote! Your vote DOES count in all elections!

Register to Vote
You may register to vote if you are:
1. Currently a United States Citizen;
2. Will be at least 18 years of age at the time of the next election;
3. Not in prison or on parole for a felony violation;

Every person needs to be properly registered before being able to vote. Re-register for change of name, change of address, or political party.  The registration deadline is 15 days before an election to qualify to vote in that election. Voter registration forms are available in the City of La Habra City Clerk's Office, located at 201 E. La Habra Boulevard. For further information, please call the City Clerk's Office at 562-905-9701, or visit the Orange County Registrar of Voters Web site to get full details regarding voter registration. 

Vote by Mail
Any registered voter may vote by mail. There are different types of vote-by-mail options suited to your needs. You may request an official ballot by submitting a form or letter to your county elections office seven days before Election Day, or request one in person at the office. A voted ballot must be received by the county elections office or polling place by 8:00 p.m.on Election Day.  For additional information, please visit the
