VENDORS LIST

Vendors and consultants that would like to be considered for general City projects and programs may request to be added to our Vendor List.  There is no guarantee or promise made by the City that any vendor added to this list will be selected for contracts, products or work.  Being added to this list does not represent a contract, either express or implied, between the City and any vendor.  In no way does being placed on the list provide any vendor with any preferential consideration for contracts, products or work.  The City reserves all rights to select vendors and consultants without regard to being placed on this list.

Many contract types are required by law to be competitively bid out, and there are regulations in place for selecting vendors.  Additionally, all contracts with vendors must be approved by the City Council, the City Manager, a Department Director, or their designees.
