Fair Political Practices Commission Reports

The City Clerk coordinates Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC) filings, including the Statement of Economic Interests and Campaign Disclosure forms.
  1. Form 700 - Statement of Economic Interest

    The Political Reform Act requires designated government officials and employees to publicly disclose their personal assets and income on Form 700. Designated individuals are required to file a Form 700 when assuming office, when leaving office, and on an annual basis.

  2. Form 801 - Gift to Agency Report

    Form 801 is for use by all state and local government agencies to disclose payments made to the agency when the payments provide a personal benefit to an official of the agency.

  3. Form 802 - Ceremonial Role & Ticket Distribution

    The purpose of the policy is to ensure that all tickets the City receives from public and private entities and individuals are distributed for governmental and/or public purposes.

  4. Form 806 - Public Official Appointments

    The State of California requires city councils making appointments of council members to compensated non-City positions to approve and post Form 806 Agency Report of Public Official Appointments on the City's website.
